Stacey Connaughton

Dr. Stacey L. Connaughton is an Associate Professor in the Brian Lamb School of Communication at Purdue University, USA. Her research examines leadership and identification in geographically distributed contexts, particularly as these issues relate to virtual teams/organizations and peacebuilding. She is the Director of the Purdue Peace Project, an externally funded political violence prevention initiative with locally driven projects in Ghana, Liberia, Nigeria, and El Salvador. She is the recipient of several teaching awards and the 2017 Faculty Engaged Scholar Award recipient at Purdue University.
